To make a long story short, we bought the property that is buildable, but site distance is needed to get a driveway permit. PLEASE keep reading. There are two ways it can be rectified. One way is if a sign is put up stating &quot;right turn in/right turn out&quot;. The other way is to buy the property next door that is for sale (1/3 Acre and I have the contact info). A reverse subdivision can be done to make it into one parcel. It did perc, but the permit has expired.  WE WILL ENTERTAIN ALL OFFERS  . . .</p>
